Bio – Lyndon B. Earley
Lyndon Earley is the Managing Partner of Noble Man Enterprises, a consulting business that specializes in Teaching, Training, and Personal and Employee Development. With years of experience as a Business Consultant for a Fortune 20 Corporation in Atlanta, Lyndon now focuses on helping church leaders and congregations thrive by providing guidance in leadership, team development, and personal growth. He currently serves as a Client Engagement Manager for a Professional Services and Technology Company in Healthcare, further expanding his skills in management and organizational development.
Lyndon also owns Purpose Finders, where he serves as the lead facilitator, using a faith-based curriculum to help individuals discover their God-given Motivational Gifts. His nearly 30 years of experience facilitating seminars have made him a sought-after speaker in corporate and educational sectors. His high-energy, practical, and engaging teaching style resonates with audiences, and he is especially passionate about helping pastors and church leaders empower their congregations to live out their God-given purpose.
Lyndon’s personal journey, which began in Compton and Gardena, California, has deeply shaped his calling. Despite excelling in sports and earning a football scholarship to San Diego State University, he faced personal challenges that led to setbacks. However, after rededicating his life to Christ, Lyndon refocused and earned his degree in Speech Communication from SDSU, along with certificates in Entrepreneurship, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management. He also holds an MBA from Strayer University.
A member of New Zion Christian Church since 1995, Lyndon has served in a wide range of roles over the past 25+ years, including Church Leadership, Christian Education, Music Ministry, Audio Visual Ministry, and Pastoral Ministries. In 2015, he was promoted to Elder, a role in which he continues to help develop the next generation of church leaders and advance the ministry’s vision and mission. Lyndon attributes his success to his strong relationship with Yahweh and his commitment to empowering others to live with purpose and integrity.
Lyndon is passionate about partnering with pastors to help churches strengthen their ministries, foster leadership development, and guide individuals toward discovering their God-given purpose.
