Those tangible citizens who are walking in their divine purpose daily!

Wendell Fields: Father, Minister, Mental Health and Recovery Advocate, Educator, Supporter with a Specialty in Suicide Prevention and Awareness, Author, and motivational speaker. Board-Certified Christian Counselor and a Certified Christian Life Coach with the National Association of Christian Counselors (NACC).

Wendell Fields has 3 decades of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. In 2008, he tried to take his life by suicide. Having conquered adversity with depression, anxiety, and alcoholism and with practicing honesty and vulnerability, he has transformed his long-term recovery into a unique way of thriving and winning at life. He has obtained multi-credentials in the field and he has devoted himself to assisting others with their own mental health and addiction paths to success. He has a degree in Psychology and has obtained the credentials of being a Board Certified Christian Counselor, Certified Christian Life Coach, Certified Peer Specialist for Mental Health (CPS-MH), Certified Peer Specialist for Addictive Disease (CPS-AD), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-I), and is a Certified Addiction Empowerment Specialist (CARES). A veteran of crisis intervention services, he serves as a Community Liaison for Behavioral Health Link. Furthermore, Wendell serves on the Board of NAMI Georgia and holds a leadership position on the NAMI National Peer Leadership Council, representing Georgia. He is a highly acclaimed writer on topics covering mental health and leadership earning him with a bestseller status on platforms like Amazon.com and Motivating The Masses with Lisa Nichols. He is an international speaker with appearances in Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, and other counties. He has been featured in the documentary film Suicide The Ripple Effect with world renown suicide prevention advocate Kevin Hines. He has lent his talents and skills to spreading a message of hope in a training video to First Responders at the Georgia Public Training Center. A seasoned trainer with expertise across diverse areas of mental health education such as Question Persuade Refer (QPR), Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA), Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM), and helping those affected by suicide loss using Connect Postvention resources and supports. His qualifications in Anger Management are diverse and extensive. Wendell is the founder and CEO of Wendell Fields Enterprise. He focuses efforts on educating others about the devastating effects of stigmatization and suicide. With being a positive force for advocacy, prevention, and awareness, Wendell has helped millions to heal, accept help, stay alive, and find purpose and meaning.
